Many primary insurance providers contract with an independent third party to provide vision benefits for their members. Sometimes, determining if you have vision benefits can be confusing. For example, many Cigna members have VSP and many Aetna members have Eyemed, but they may refer to it by another name (i.e.."Cigna Vision" or simply "Aetna")
If you have vision benefits and do not see your insurance listed below, check with your human resources department or primary medical insurance and ask if you have any third-party vision coverage.
